Simplicity can do wonders!

This was a very fun game, and I had a great time playing it! The tutorial boxes did their job, and the control scheme was easy to learn (Wall jumping proved a tad challenging, though). I didn't find any glitches when playing Space-Ninja, and so I declare a PERFECT old school style game! :)

It's extremely well made!

This is a wonderful work of flash craft I tell you!

Especially with the option too play against others in this Game Friendly puzzle frenzy! I tip my hat to you, great job!

Wow, thank you very much for your comment.
Hope to see you on the chat to play a multiplayer match :)

It's got potential!

The whole idea, and concept of this game has a lot of potential, but the idea of having people pay for Premium Items doesn't seem fit. Perhaps if you made this game ONLINE MULTIPLAYER with several different new Maps & Difficulties..

...The paying for new weapons, and upgrades could be much more tempting. You did a decent job though from what I could play through with the HUGE limits I had to deal with. Don't stop making Games! :)

Such a good avoider game!

The music, speed & acceleration of dodging obstacles, drones trying to hunt you down while at it, and collecting points all at the same time made this a very fun game too play! Well done my good, sir! Even the graphics were spot on good! =]

It's simple, but doesn't make it a bad game!

Pixel Boy is one of those games where you're mindlessly playing it, because you just HAVE too get every piece of fruit, it becomes obsessive! Not really, but in a way it kind of directed too that direction.

Controls were easy to use, and basic, which suffices the players satisfaction in this point of the game, jumping on all the bad little crabbies was also very satisfying. The physics engine wasn't really that good, I disliked the fall delay, as it took quite a while to fall back down onto terrestrial ground. When jumping on higher grounds, my character disappears from the screen, making it a tad bit difficult to know where I was at the point, whether I would land safely, or plunder down to my death.

The story to Pixel Boy was also rather bland, and it did not appeal to any originality in this aspect. A crab yells at him, and acts mean, and Pixel Boy runs off too get revenge, which brings up the question..

...what does collecting fruit have to do with getting revenge on a crab?

Anyways, in conclusion, this Flash deserves its privilege to survive in the NewGrounds Flash portal. If I were to reconmend this game to somone, it would be to grade school kids, as they will play just about anything that has little sense to it, with some crab busting added to it.

Thanks for you long comment. Game story is really strange, but it's looks like than our hero again save princess :)

That's what I call a fun game!

I enjoyed playing through the game, I really did. ^_^

But I do have a suggestion on it...

1) You could make it longer possibly with a variety of levels, in every level you have to click a certain amount of 'Buttons/Dots' to get to the next level. As the player progress's through each level, the 'Buttons/Dots' get harder, and trickier to get at.

If you were to implement something like this, you could even add in Medals for people earn while playing making this game much more tempting, and interesting at the same time to play! =]

I've added this game to my favorites, and I look forward to your future works!

Hey, that was actually pretty good!

Thanks for bringing back many memories with the Game Boy. This game was rather simple, but very fun to play through, the splattering of blobbed enemies was especailly my favorite. ^_^

It's a start..

It's not the best bird shooter, but it was still pretty good to play!

I enjoyed running up to the corpses of the birds I shot down just to see them rot in the grass, and the whole movement idea was very nice too. =]

But... ..there was a downfall..

1) I had to click, and click, and click on one bird before it would finally get shot down. I don't know the gun I am using, and perhaps the hunter was reloading his weapon. You should make the shots more respondent, and even add in some sound everytime I shoot.

Good luck with version 2.0 if you plan on making it!

Pretty Decent!

It actually wasn't that bad at all, I like thew originality you had going where you had to type what Howard would do next, plus the story was okay overall.

My only suggestion is to make it longer, because it seemed to end rather quickly.

Good luck on your future projects! ~.^

SgtBigfish responds:

Thanks, I'm actually trying to redo it with a longer story, music, and buttons instead of the type bar (lots of people don't like it).

Greetings and salutations!
